Our diet is closely related to our health and, just like me, I am sure you won't just trust anyone with it... Plus if we meet, I'm going to ask a lot of questions about you, so, it's only fair if I tell you a little about myself.
My name is Tania Lee and I am a sports dietitian with more than 8-year experience working with elite athletes. I am also the co-founder of the Sports Nutrition Academy (www.snac.my) in Malaysia. I used to work at the National Sports Institute - working with elite athletes competing at the South East Asian Games (2015, 2017) and Rio Olympics 2016 (lead dietitian). I have also worked at Holmusk to provide digital health solutions through nutrition.
Having been a competitive swimmer before, I have always been dedicated towards the development and well-being of the national athletes. Apart from providing nutrition services, I am also the Vice President of the Malaysian Olympism in Action Community (MOiAS). I enjoy being actively involved in the educational development of the Olympic Movement and the National Olympic Academy Malaysia that promotes cultural and educational experiences. In 2021, I was selected as the first Malaysian to be an IOC Young Leader 2021-2024, and am grateful for their support for my social project - Inclusive Leadership Programme.
With so many given opportunities, I hope to pay it forward and make a difference in people’s lives. Meanwhile, I will continue to offer my expertise in nutrition, Olympic education and swimming around the globe.
